The Prissnitz Bath®, named after the guru of water therapy, Vinzenz Prießnitz, allows the guest to both heat and cool in the comfort of one room. Between periods of heat generated by steam, intervals of cooling occur either through refreshing water or ice showers distributed via a ceiling fan (depending on the operators settings). This hot and cold alternating action will assist the immune system and introduce a unique yet effective wellbeing experience to your facility and guests.
