Spa Vision worked closely with Pan Pacific London ahead of their September launch.

Leading global spa experts Spa Vision were thrilled to have worked closely with Pan Pacific London ahead of their launch in September 2021.

Located in Bishopsgate in the heart of the City of London, Pan Pacific London was designed by Yabu Pushelberg, the hotel takes innovation and understated luxury to new heights, epitomising the juxtaposition of old and new London architecture.

With a world-class wellness destination floor dedicated exclusively to holistic health. Tailored to individual needs, the wellbeing facilities include an 18.5m infinity pool with inspiring views over the Plaza; a high-performance interactive gym; indulgent treatment rooms; individual relaxation pods; sauna room; unique mindfulness studio; and a dedicated living room for rest and relaxation, complemented by a wellness menu curated by the in-house nutritionist.

Spa Vision’s UK based team worked closely with the Director of Wellbeing to successfully deliver a comprehensive range of equipment including Esthetica ISA Electric treatment tables, Square Trolleys and Saddle stools by Gharieni and lots more.

Robbie Leung, Director of Wellbeing said “Opening a brand new luxury 5star hotel during the pandemic was definitely a challenge and a new experience, but having the great support and communication from Spa Vision has definitely helped make our pre-opening a much smoother operation. The team at Spa Vision have worked with us tirelessly with multiple changes, attention to detail and recommendation. Their professionalism and expertly were second to none and of course we are proud to have them as part of our wellbeing journey”

Globally the business works with a broad spectrum of clients including hotel spas, destination spas, wellness centres, day spas, medi spas, salons, yachts, independent therapists and residential homes.
