Neil Owen - Director

Neil who heads up our Asia Pacific division is a highly experienced international leisure & hospitality professional with a proven track record in operations, marketing, sales and financial management. He has managed several high profile global operations including Thermae Bath Spa in Bath, Fairmont Southampton in Bermuda, ONE Spa in Edinburgh and The Heritage in Ireland. He has worked in a number of consultancy roles within the spa and leisure industry and currently advises on a number of commercial developments on behalf of Spa Vision within Asia Pacific. In addition to working closely with interior designers, architects, and hotel operators from design, supply and specialist procurement, Neil has extensive experience working alongside several industry leading skincare brands. Neil is passionate about health & wellness and to academically support his extensive industry experience, has an MBA from the University of Bath, an honours degree in Sport & Human Movement Studies and holds current Project Management qualifications.

Susan Auld - Director

Susan has over 25 years' experience in the management of luxury hotels and golf clubs, including ten years in General Management. She was on the project management team, and ultimately managed the pre-opening and initial opening phase of one of the largest destination spas in the UK at Pennyhill Park. Her practical experience includes marketing and sales, including membership development; retail; product development; project management; operations and financial management. A believer in life-long learning, Susan has studied at Cornell University in the USA, Cranfield University, and she left her last role to concentrate on completing her MBA at the University of Bath. She has since worked on a consultancy basis for spa and leisure projects, and also as a non-executive Director. She is a St Julian's scholar as well as being a member of the Institute of Hospitality.

Colin Cameron - Director

Colin has spent his entire career within the leisure, spa & wellbeing industry working for leading health club operators, international hotel groups and an international spa consultancy business. With a strong sales & marketing background he has successfully developed pre and post opening plans and strategies for new and existing businesses. Colin's extensive operational awareness and strong customer focus makes him an invaluable member of Spa Vision.

Working as a consultant for the past 10 years, Colin's commercial skill set has developed from being operations based to working closely with interior designers, architects, and hotel leisure and spa contractors. He has worked on projects with hotel groups such as FRHI, Starwood and Four Seasons and Interior Design and Architectural practices such as GA Design, Richmond International, PYR, Reardon Smith Architects, Foster & Partners and PLP Architecture. His practical skills are underpinned with a BA (Hons) in Leisure Management.
